Welcome to UPMC’s Virtual Employee Benefits Fair

Take this opportunity to better understand the Total Rewards available to you and your family and review information to select your benefits during Open Enrollment. Don’t forget that not all benefits carry over. PTO Buy or Sell, health care and dependent care FSAs need to be annually elected, so make sure that you review and submit your elections.

You can attend the virtual fair 24/7 during Open Enrollment, taking place from Tuesday, Oct. 28 through Wednesday, Nov. 12. The fair will remain open through the correction period deadline of Friday, Dec. 5. Review the agenda for the live chat days. During the four live event days, you can chat confidentially with UPMC’s benefits vendors at their booths in the Benefits Hall. Each booth will have information you can access by topic or partner.

Seven webinars will be presented live in the auditorium on October 28 and recordings will be available to view after that day. If you can’t attend the live sessions, the recordings will be available 24/7 in the auditorium.

UPMC’s Virtual Employee Benefits Fair is an interactive online event where you can visit UPMC’s Benefits vendors. Each benefit will have a virtual booth in which you can learn more and decide which options best meet the needs for you and your family. Live and recorded webinars on a variety of benefit topics are held in the virtual auditorium. When you attend the fair during the four ‘live chat’ day open hours, you may ask questions where you will receive immediate answers.
As an employee, you don’t need to register. Simply log in to Infonet.UPMC.com, go to HR Direct, then click the link in the Announcements box at the top of the home page to attend the virtual Benefits Fair. You may need to re-enter your UPMC log in, and can use a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
You and your spouse/domestic partner may also attend using your own device. Register for the event at https://upmcbenefitsfair.vfairs.com, then enter the login that was sent to you via email.
After you have entered the Fair, from the lobby: Follow the instructions in the Fair Navigation Flier.

Open Enrollment will be available to make your 2026 benefit elections from Tuesday Oct. 28 through Wednesday Nov. 12, 2025. There will also be a correction period to make any final changes from Monday, Nov. 24 through Friday Dec. 5.
You can view benefit information at the Benefits Booths in the Benefits Hall or by searching Benefits on Infonet.UPMC.com.
For specific coverage questions, you can chat with a benefits expert during the live fair event dates or contact the individual carriers by calling 1-800-994-2752 and follow the menu prompts. For general benefits and eligibility questions, use our digital assistant located in HR Direct, known as “Ask HR Direct” or call 1-800-994-2752 and select option 3.
